The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) will honor Milton Bartley at their Annual Awards Gala in NYC at the Plaza Hotel
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), a leading global professional organization known for its prestigious annual awards gala and exclusive vetting process, is proud to announce that Milton Bartley, Co-Founder and CEO of ImageQuest and Secretary & Treasurer of the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, was recently selected as Top Community Impact Leader of the Year for 2026 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to serving others and making a meaningful impact in his community.
Being selected as an award recipient within the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) is an honor in itself; only a select group of distinguished professionals earn this elite membership each year. Honorees are chosen for their professional excellence, academic accomplishments, leadership capabilities, longevity in their field, meaningful affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All recipients are invited to attend IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the end of the year, a celebration dedicated to honoring the achievements of these top professionals.
Milton Bartley’s commitment to community impact is especially evident through his work with the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, where he has served as Secretary & Treasurer since 2019. The foundation is dedicated to supporting families affected by Glutaric Aciduria Type 1 (GA-1) and other organic acidemias. GA-1 is a rare inherited metabolic disorder in which the body cannot properly break down certain amino acids, potentially resulting in a toxic buildup of organic acids and serious neurological complications. Through the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, Milton helps support families by providing food, vitamins, essential supplements, and emotional support while helping raise awareness of these rare metabolic conditions.
A significant focus of the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation is advocating for comprehensive expanded newborn screening in all 50 states. Early detection of GA-1 and other organic acidemias can provide children with the opportunity to receive appropriate treatment and nutritional management before a metabolic crisis occurs. The foundation also works to educate the public about metabolic disorders and advocate for insurance providers to recognize the importance of specialized foods and nutritional supplements for children living with these conditions. Milton’s involvement reflects his dedication to using his leadership and resources to help families facing challenges that can have a profound impact on their lives.
In addition to his philanthropic work, Milton has built an impressive career in technology and cybersecurity. He co-founded ImageQuest in 2007 and continues to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, leading the company day to day as it has grown into a leading managed IT and cybersecurity advisory firm, serving clients across the country. Alongside running the business, he works directly with clients as a virtual CISO and advisor, providing expertise in cybersecurity, IT compliance, governance, and risk management for banks and other regulated organizations, supported by ImageQuest’s managed IT services. Over the course of his career, Milton has remained committed to staying ahead of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape and helping organizations develop proactive strategies to protect their businesses and critical information.
Under Milton’s leadership, ImageQuest has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 four times, and he believes that building and growing a successful organization requires a committed team, innovative thinking, and a willingness to address complex challenges. This philosophy has helped guide his professional success while also shaping his approach to community service and leadership.
Milton’s commitment to giving back extends beyond the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation. He has served as President of the Board of Directors of High Hopes Development Center in Franklin, Tennessee, and continues to serve as an advisor. High Hopes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping children and youth with the skills necessary to achieve success through education, rehabilitation, and compassionate support. Milton also serves as President of the Board of Directors of InfraGard Middle Tennessee, further demonstrating his commitment to strengthening the communities and professional organizations he serves.
Milton began his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in 1987. After two years, he left school to enlist in the U.S. Army, deploying with an infantry unit during Operation Desert Storm, where he earned the Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman Badge, and was promoted to Sergeant. He returned to Virginia Tech on an Army Green to Gold scholarship to complete his degree, and during that time was involved with the Corps of Cadets, Student Leadership Council, Army ROTC, and the German Club. He was commissioned as an officer upon graduation in 1994 and served additional time on active duty before transitioning to civilian life. Milton later earned his MBA from Xavier University in 2002. His military and educational experiences, combined with his professional achievements and commitment to service, have helped shape a career defined by innovation, responsibility, and community involvement.
Throughout his illustrious career, Milton Bartley has received numerous awards, accolades, and recognition for his outstanding leadership, dedication to his profession, and contributions to his community. Most recently, he was selected as Top Community Impact Leader of the Year for 2026 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and will be honored for this distinction at the organization’s Annual Awards Gala at the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York City this December.
Stephanie Cirami, President of IAOTP, stated, “It is always an honor to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Milton Bartley exemplifies the qualities we look for in an IAOTP honoree through his professional accomplishments, philanthropic efforts, and dedication to supporting families affected by rare metabolic disorders. His work with the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, combined with his leadership in technology and cybersecurity, reflects his passion for service and positive community impact. We are proud to honor Milton for his achievements and look forward to celebrating him at this year’s IAOTP Annual Awards Gala.”
Looking to the future, Milton Bartley remains committed to supporting families, advancing awareness of rare metabolic disorders, and strengthening the communities he serves.
