H2O Innovation (“H2O Innovation” or the “Company”) has just released its 2025 Sustainability Report, which highlights the Company’s key achievements across water reuse, sustainable chemistry, operational excellence, and responsible growth throughout the year.

In 2025, H2O Innovation strengthened its commitment to a water-positive future by expanding solutions that help clients reduce freshwater dependence, reuse water locally, and improve long-term operational resilience. To substantiate this commitment, the Company assessed its 2025 sustainable water impact and found that its solutions helped treat 62.3 billion gallons of wastewater and supported 829.7 MGD of water treatment capacity, 133 MGD of water reuse processing capacity, and 243.9 MGD of wastewater treatment capacity. These results underscore H2O Innovation’s key role in helping clients recycle more water and reduce pressure on freshwater resources.

Sustainability remains central to H2O Innovation’s operations and value chain, from reducing carbon intensity and improving energy efficiency to strengthening environmental compliance and advancing responsible water stewardship. During the year 2025, the Company advanced several sustainability initiatives, including super-concentrated treatment chemicals, renewable-powered manufacturing, more sustainable packaging, and the continuous expansion of its WaterHub systems, which reclaim and reuse water locally within the same basin. The acquisition of Lama Sistemas de Filtrados also reinforced the Company’s filtration capabilities, while various programs supporting employees, partners, and the public continued to grow.
