The expansion extends the company’s potable water hauling to property owners in Berthoud, Windsor, Timnath, Red Feather Lakes, Masonville, and the Horsetooth Reservoir area, adding to the Fort Collins, Loveland, Livermore, and Wellington areas the Loveland-based company has served since 2001.

Deliveries include cistern fills that supply household water at properties without a municipal connection, water for livestock at rural residences and small agricultural operations, and hot tub fills. Customers in the newly covered communities can now book fills without routing requests to providers based farther south along the Front Range, where longer hauls affect both scheduling windows and cost. At 2,000 gallons per load, larger cisterns may require more than one trip, and customers are asked to confirm tank capacity when they book.

Site access is the other detail that affects scheduling. When arranging a delivery, customers are asked to confirm driveway grade, gate width, turnaround space, and the location and fitting type of the cistern or tank fill port, since a loaded tanker needs room to reach the fill point and turn around. Properties with long fill lines or restricted access may require additional time on site.

Demand for hauled potable water in the region follows seasonal patterns, rising through the summer as livestock and household use increase, while hot tub fills spread some volume into the colder months. MCMS, Inc. will continue serving its existing Fort Collins, Loveland, Livermore, and Wellington customers on the same terms as before the expansion.
