Jackson joined Inszone in October 2022 following the merger with Employers Choice, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the technology industry as an IT specialist and self-taught programmer. Since then, his influence has been felt company-wide, from keeping Inszone’s infrastructure running behind the scenes to partnering with the Marketing, Data, and Development teams on some of the company’s most ambitious initiatives. Known for his technical depth, his willingness to jump in wherever he is needed, and his consistently positive attitude, Jackson has become a trusted partner to teams across the organization.

His promotion reflects Inszone’s dedication to developing talent from within and empowering team members who bring deep, hands-on expertise and a genuine investment in the people around them to leadership roles.
