Golden Gate Global (GGG), California’s leading EB-5 regional center, is pleased to announce that Anasu Resort Phase 2 has received Form I-956F approval from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), marking another important milestone for one of Northern California’s premier rural EB-5 developments.

The USCIS approval confirms that the agency has reviewed the project’s EB-5 documentation, including its structure, job creation methodology, and compliance with the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act. This achievement provides additional confidence for investors evaluating EB-5 opportunities as the September 30, 2026 grandfathering deadline approaches.
Located in Northern California Wine Country, Anasu Resort is a luxury hospitality development envisioned by legendary hotelier Adrian Zecha, founder of Aman Resorts. Construction began in March 2025 with development of the now-complete Anasu Sales Center. Since then, construction has progressed from initial site clearing, grading, utility installation, and water well development to major infrastructure work, including mass grading for the Emergency Response Center, completion of the Anasu Club and on-site construction facilities, and active roadway development.
In addition to continued construction progress, Anasu Resort is achieving significant EB-5 milestones. Phase 2 builds on the success of Phase 1A, which has already received more than 135 Form I-526E approvals, bringing Golden Gate Global’s total I-526/I-526E approvals to approximately 1,400. Phase 1A’s strong investor demand and successful immigration track record provide an important reference point for investors evaluating Phase 2.
“Anasu Phase 2’s approval adds to Golden Gate Global’s perfect track record of USCIS project approvals. It is another example of a well-structured, institutional-quality project that supports California’s economy. We have long believed in the strength of California real estate and its economy, and Anasu reflects that conviction,” said Mark Jorgensen, Co-CEO of Golden Gate Global.
“One of the biggest reasons I selected the Anasu project was that I found its hotel development business plan to be very solid and its information transparent.” — Mr. M. N., Investor in Anasu Phase 1A EB-5 Project, who received I-526E approval in just four months.
As a qualifying Rural TEA project, Anasu Resort Phase 2 provides eligible investors with access to the 20% rural visa set-aside and priority processing. According to the current visa bulletin, the rural EB-5 set-aside category is current for all countries including India and China.
With the September 30 grandfathering deadline approaching, investors seeking protection under current law should timely file their Form I-526E by September 30, 2026, unless Congress extends the deadline. Beginning January 1, 2027, the minimum TEA investment amount is also expected to increase from $800,000 to approximately $900,000 to $937,500 through the statutory inflation adjustment.
Investor demand for Anasu Resort Phase 2 remains strong. Following the success of Phase 1A, the USCIS-approved rural EB-5 offering is nearing full subscription, with only a limited number of investor positions remaining. To learn more, contact Golden Gate Global at info@3gfund.com.
