Arch RoamRight®, a leading provider of travel insurance solutions, today announced a new partnership with TravelJoy, the all-in-one CRM and booking platform for travel advisors. Through this integration, advisors can seamlessly quote and purchase Arch RoamRight travel insurance directly within TravelJoy, streamlining operations and creating a more efficient experience for both advisors and their clients.
By embedding travel insurance into the booking process advisors can present coverage options while finalizing trip details, helping reduce manual steps or navigating multiple systems. The integrated experience reduces administrative steps, improves efficiency and makes it easier to include travel protection as part of the overall travel planning experience.
The integration enables advisors to:
- Quote and purchase Arch RoamRight travel insurance directly within TravelJoy
- Streamline their booking workflow by reducing the need to switch between platforms
- Seamlessly incorporate travel insurance into the booking process
- Help travelers make informed decisions about protecting their travel plans
“Travel advisors are looking for solutions that help them work more efficiently while delivering exceptional service to their clients,” said Cory Sobczyk, Vice President of Business Development at Arch RoamRight. “Our partnership with TravelJoy brings travel insurance directly into the advisor’s existing workflow, making it easier to offer coverage at the right time during the booking process. We’re excited to provide another way for advisors to enhance the client experience while simplifying how travel insurance is quoted and purchased.”
The new integration reflects Arch RoamRight’s continued investment in technologies that support travel advisors and expand access to travel insurance through the platforms they use every day.
“Travel advisors should get to spend their time on the judgment and expertise their clients hire them for, not moving information between disconnected systems,” said Dayo Esho, CEO and Co-founder of TravelJoy. “Bringing Arch RoamRight into the TravelJoy workflow lets advisors quote and add travel protection without switching tools, reentering details, or breaking their momentum. That’s central to the future we’re building: 10x advisor productivity through one connected workflow that removes the busywork and gives advisors more time to create travel magic.”
Travel advisors using TravelJoy can begin offering Arch RoamRight travel insurance immediately through the integrated booking experience.
